Ordering

How can I place an order with Clemor?

Method 1: Visit our website at www.clemor.in, explore our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Method 2: Order through our social media page. Like the collection message us. We will confirm the order once the order is placed as a first step.

Where can I check my order status?
  • Once the order is confirmed, from us, within 24hrs of a working day we would share the tracking details to your Email, Whatsapp, Website, and a Phone Call. Using your tracking details you can check your order status.    
What if I can't find the product I'm looking for?

Please visit the all products in our website section to choose your favourite product or use the search option in the header of website.

What is The Processing Time ?

If you confirm the order within 24 hours, the processing time will take at least 3 days and will be dispatched later.

What is our standard shipping time?
  • Tier 1 Cities: Delivered via Bluedart, Delhivery, or Shiprocket within 3-5 business days.
  • Tier 2 Cities: Delivered via Bluedart or Delhivery within 4-6 business days.
  • Tier 3 Cities: Delivered via Delhivery within 5-7 business days.
Do you have express shipping options?
  • Yes we do have an express shipping option.  Speed of delivery might vary based on the level of Customization you choose.
